  1. Great Wall Motor has the right to verify the information received, which will not be considered as kind of infringement to the potential customer. No matter the application is accepted or not, the application materials and data will not be reimbursed by Great Wall Motor Company.
  2. The application material submitted by the potential customer will not be considered as the evidence to get the dealership. The finalization of the cooperation is subjected to the formal signed documents between the two sides.
  3. Without the authorization from Great Wall Motor Company in written, any vehicle picture, trademark and intellectual property right of Great Wall shall not be used for business purpose. Otherwise, Great Wall Motor Company has the right to pursue legal responsibility.
  4. Without the agreement from Great Wall Motor, all the cost of the applicant shall be covered by the applicant themselves; Great Wall Motor Company will not be responsible for it.
  5. Great Wall Motor Company Ltd. reserves the right of final interpretation to this activity.
